Who are Limitless Kids?
Kettering and the Dayton, OH, area were home to the Wright brothers and much of the aviation industry throughout the years. With that, our Children's Ministry is named Limitless Kids with an aviation theme nomenclature and decor. Our goal is to AIM HIGH as we learn, seek, and live for Jesus each day!
INFANTRY
Nursery (birth-2 yrs)
Sundays 9:15am & 10:30am
We know how important your babies and toddlers are to you. How can you be ministered to if you are concerned about their care the whole time you are at church? That’s why we provide a safe, secure, clean nursery for your child during each of our services.
The Infantry is located in the Kids Hall. When you check-in your child, we will accept their diaper bag, formula, diapers, and a change of clothes if you have them.
For nursing mothers, we have a comfortable lounge located off the sanctuary foyer.
CADETS
Preschool (3-5 yrs)
Sundays 9:15am & 10:30am
What a fun age! These kids are active, curious, and full of life. When Jesus said to bring the little children to Him, we think he had preschoolers in mind!
The Cadet preschool classes are designed specifically for these energetic kids. During these classes, kids will experience age-appropriate activities to teach them about God as well as having time to play.
For children who are potty training, please make sure to bring a change of clothes in case of accidents and please also inform the teacher that your child is potty training.
TOP GUN
Elementary (K-5th)
Sundays 9:15am & 10:30am
This ministry is staffed by leaders who love God and are passionate about seeing children come into a personal and exciting relationship with Him. Limitless Kids is an energy-packed, age-appropriate, and interactive time for children to grow in faith and knowledge. Services include meaningful worship, prayer, Bible teaching, giving, videos, interactive games, and object lessons. We do whatever it takes to show how real God is! The result is kids who love church and, most importantly, who love God and each other.
Kettering Kids Clubs
GENDER SPECIFIC MINISTRY
Kettering Kids Clubs is our discipleship program that is age-specific. We strive to inspire, disciple, teach, and equip kids and students to live for Jesus Christ daily!
Your First Time
Here’s what to expect on your first flight with us:
First, our Flight Crew (Kid Min Check-In team) will greet you in The Terminal, our check-in room. There we will be so excited to meet your family, register your contact information, explain our safety procedures, and escort you to your child’s age-appropriate class.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will need the following information for your family’s safety and in case of an emergency (NOTE: your information will stay private and will not be shared):
- Parent(s)/guardian(s) name & cell phone number (email and address are optional)
- Child(ren)’s name, birthdate, gender, & grade
- Any instructions/information that will help us best serve your child (allergies, needs, behavior diagnosis)
How Check-In Works
FLIGHT TIMES
Sunday Discipleship Groups: 9:15am
Sunday Limitless Kids Service: 10:30am
Wednesday Kids Clubs: 6:30pm
ARRIVALS
You can pre-check your child(ren) on the Church App or enter The Terminal and check-in at the kiosks. After entering your phone number, select the child(ren) in attendance. Once complete, each child will receive a name tag. Parent/guardians will get a corresponding security tag. These are exclusive to your family each service. Once check-in is complete, you may enter the secured Kids Hall through the Arrivals door and escort your child(ren) to their age-appropriate room(s).
DURING the SERVICE
In the event that contact needs to be made with you during service, you will receive a text from our system to the cell phone number on your profile. Please come to The Terminal immediately. Our Flight Crew will direct you from there.
DEPARTURES
To check-out your child(ren), enter The Terminal and present your safety sticker to the Flight Crew at the Arrivals door. Enter the Kids Hall and gather your child(ren) from their various rooms (leaders may ask to see your security sticker), then make your way to the Departures door. Present your safety sticker to the Flight Crew. They will verify that your sticker code matches the code on each child’s name tag. Once all is verified, the stickers can be placed on the sticker ball, and you can exit the Kids Hall.
If your child(ren) earned Sky Miles, they can spend them at the Souvenir Shop in The Terminal. Thank you for flying with us as we learn to aim high with God!
